New Rental Build

New rental build is underway and the underground slab work is now complete. The foundation is set and the site is ready for the next stages of construction.

Concrete and framing will go in next, then we’ll return for the full electrical rough-in. Once finished, this will be a solid, well-built property that works well for both the future tenants and the owners.
